Since my time at The Nook, my life has transformed into a fantastic example of what sustained sobriety can look like. I’ve immersed myself into the Recovery community, becoming the Program Director of Design for Recovery upon graduation of Thrive. I am beyond grateful for my time at the Nook, because I was able to work through the most challenging times in early sobriety, with community from the house rallying behind me to support me through tough times. Having a 12 step based structure to teach me the tools to deal with life on life terms, and the community in the house, have been life-changing additions that continue a legacy into my sobriety today. I am forever grateful for the community, the structure, and the love that the Nook has given me, and I look back at my time in the house as one of the best experiences of my life.
